Instructions
Your cake is not as fragile as it looks once you place your cake onto the cake stand it will sit quite happily for about half an hour to an hour
depending on the size of cake and temperature of the room.
You will need.
A pair of scissors for the ribbon
A lighter for the candle and sparkler Serving plates with forks, spoons & napkins
A jug of hot water and a long knife ready to cut the cake.
A dessert spoon and small bowl to place any toppings into
There is a heart sparkler on the cake for you to light
Also a birthday candle if you have ordered a birthday cake
We hope you'll sing and have your photo taken, then take out the sparkler carefully, it may be hot, and the candle.
Remove the flowers or cake topping decorations taking time to
make sure there are no flower petals or inedible decorations
left on your cake.
Remove the ribbon and cut the cake. Placing the knife in the hot water on each cutting occasion as it is a very deep cake
Thin slices are best.
Should you have any cake left simply place it into a freezer preferably in a sealed box as we use only the freshest ingredients, your ice cream cake will keep for up to 3 weeks.
